Our Story
United Water & Sewer Co. is a family-owned company that has been in business since 1965. Founded by James Spetz (“Big Jim’), the company was passed down to his three sons in 2003; Jeff, Jimmy and Jon (that’s also when we added a Plumbing Division). Jimmy, Jeff and Jon have since retired and Jeff’s two sons Jesse and Nick now own the Company.
We are now a third generation family run business. Jesse and Nick run the outside utility crews. Jesse bids and oversees every project in the field while Nick helps run the crews. United Water & Sewer operates today with the same values that were passed down from their grandfather “Big Jim”; work hard and always treat Contractors and employees fairly and honestly and you will retain those relationships for years to come. We are proud to have 20 full-time employees who continue to keep our family’s legacy alive. Thank you to our clients, customers, employees, friends and family who have supported us all these years.
Sincerely,
The Spetz's
